Where are you located?

Our office is conveniently located at 960 N. Bridge Street, Elkin, NC. 28621

In which areas do you provide cleaning services?

We provide cleaning service in Surry, Yadkin, Wilkes, Forsyth, and Stokes Counties of North Carolina.


Are you licensed and insured to conduct the cleaning services?

Yes, we are a fully licensed and insured company. We have been working in the cleaning services industry since 2010, and we are licensed to provide the most reliable and professional cleaning and disinfection services in NC.


Who will be responsible for the keys to our building?

Elite Shine, Inc. requires all cleaning teams to sign a form indicating they are responsible for the keys to your building. 

If an employee quits or is terminated, they must immediately return the keys to our office.


Do the same people come for cleaning services for every visit?

At Elite Shine, Inc. we understand the importance of continuity in cleaners; we try our best to ensure that the same cleaning experts go to the same client. This, in turn, helps to establish a good relationship with the customer. However, at times, it is not possible for us to send the same cleaning expert. In that case, we send a cleaning expert who is as trained and capable as the former.


Are you insured and bonded?

We have all the required insurances and are bonded. 

 

Can we contact you after regular business hours in case of emergency?

Elite Shine, Inc. will provide you with an emergency phone number where you can reach us by call or text message 24/7. 

Daytime emergencies can be handled within hours.


How does your payment system work?

For the payment system, you may have the invoices emailed directly to you, to your accounting department or office manager or you can choose to have them mailed to your office or accounting. You can pay by Visa, American Express, or MasterCard. Invoices are due on the 1st each month before cleaning services are rendered.


Do I need to provide the cleaning equipment?

For your convenience, our company provides all of the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies. 

We carry out all of the cleaning assignments using the latest technologies.

 If you have any preferred products, please let us know.


How does your cleaning program work?

After a comprehensive walk-through at your location and initial consultation with the owner, we design a custom maintenance schedule based on a frequency of cleaning and your individual needs. Once you approve this schedule, we will contact you or your designated manager to determine the best times for services.


Do you provide a guarantee with your services?

Quality is most important to us, and we will not leave the job until the customer is fully satisfied with our service. 

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, or your next scheduled cleaning is free!


What if something is broken?

If an employee accidentally breaks something, they are required to leave a note at the building and to notify their supervisor before leaving the building.  The supervisor will inform the office staff the next morning (Monday morning if it is a Friday).  Our office staff will be in contact with you that morning to discuss replacing the item that was broken.


What kind of disinfectants do you use?

Depending on the task at hand, We use steam cleaners with a Botanical disinfectant, also in our electrostatic and ULV foggers that is eco friendly, all natural, and safe to use around food service, people and animals. We also use Opti-cide hospital grade disinfectant wipes in several cleaning task for office building touch points and restrooms. EPA and CDC Approved against several viruses including even now the coronavirus.


What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your maintenance schedule?

Elite Shine, Inc. invites you to customize your cleaning or disinfection service to fit your specific needs at anytime.


What if I need to reschedule or cancel the scheduled cleaning services?

If, at any point, you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, kindly let us know at least 48 hours in advance.


Can Elite Shine, Inc. meet my particular needs?

Absolutely! We custom design each disinfection and cleaning program to meet your specific needs or any special requirements.

The service you receive from us will never decline after the initial visit.
